There is mighty healing in the blood of the Lamb

God’s plan for man is to be in perfect health even as his soul prospers. He never at any point in time wants us to be victim of any sickness whatsoever. This good intention has been made known since the Israelites left the land of Egypt. One of the major significances of Christ’s suffering, prior to his death is that by his stripes we are made whole. Hallelujah!

It is therefore by succinctly believing in the death, and the glorious resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ that positions a man to live above sickness. Halleluyah! This is the condition. In fact, before the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, God told the Israelites that it is only by abiding by his instruction which is to worship him that they can have access to a perfect health.
Exodus 23:25 (GNB):
“If you worship me, the Lord your God, I will bless you with food and water and take away all you illness”

Do you desire a perfect health? Accept Jesus Christ today with the mind that you have been dead to a life of sin. Another criteria to enjoy perfect health is staying in the land that God has placed you. This is the emphasis of today’s reading. The Israelites were saved in the land of Goshen (where God placed them) when the first born of all creatures in the land of Egypt were killed. May God grant you the grace to abide by this instruction in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Prayer Point: Oh Lord, grant me power over sickness in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Further readings: Matthew 8:5-12, Mark 16:17-18, John 5:1-14

Question
